Silver Lakes is a RV and Golf Resort located in beautiful Naples, Florida at the gateway to the 10,000 Islands. This pristine area is a perfect location to enjoy the surrounding nature and abundant recreational activities. Silver Lakes is a tranquil resort that sits on 104 acres with RV sites around two lakes, around the on-site 9-hole executive golf course, and around the perimeter of the resort with preserve views.
This gated community is designed for RVs over 25 feet including Class A and Class C motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, and Board of Director and HUD approved park model homes. We have two luxurious clubhouses complete with distinctive decor, sparkling blue swimming pools with hot tubs, fitness facility, large kitchens, library, restroom facilities with showers, large rooms for parties and other gatherings.
RV lot Information
There are 560 RV sites at SIlver Lakes. Every RV site has a large concrete pad and enjoys beautiful landscaping and lovely views. We have RV sites for sale and for rent, many of which surround one of our beautiful stocked lakes, and each of which has full hook-ups including 30 or 50 amp electric, water & sewer, and cable tv. Telephone service can be available at every site.
Silver Lakes has many different types of RV lots. Our sites are located on lake front, off-lake front, on golf course , and on preserves. The RV sites are typically 45x90 or 35x70, all have concrete pads with landscaping. Silver Lakes also has 13 larger pull through sites available.
Amenities
Silver Lakes has a great number of wonderful amenities to offer. A pristine On-site 9-hole executive golf course, three top-quality all-weather tennis courts, six shuffleboard courts, and six regulation horseshoe pits.
Our luxurious two clubhouses with sparkling blue pools and hot tubs, exercise facility, library, kitchens, laundry facilities, restroom facilities with showers, and meeting facilities, and large gathering rooms which are the social centerpiece of this marvelous resort. Silver Lakes has an abundance of planned activities to offer to owners and renters in the resort, and we also offer gated security and beautifully landscaped common areas.
Our Golf Course
Silver Lakes' has its own executive 9-hole golf course which is available to owners, renters and their guests. Golfers find the course to be an exciting and beautiful course, with its lakes, trees and of course, its challenging golf holes.
Rates start at $12 per round for owners and $16 per round for renters and guests. Silver Lakes also offers 10 play passes and yearly passes. Fees are include 6% sales tax and are subject to change without notice, so please contact us for the latest rates and information.
Location Information
Silver Lakes is 9.2 miles south from I-75 exit 101 (Collier Blvd.). From I-75, drive south on Collier Blvd and make a left onto Silver Lakes Boulevard. Naples Beach is approximately 15 minutes west and Marco Beach is approximately 10 minutes south of our location.
Silver Lakes is close to several shopping centers, grocery stores, department stores, and a large plaza of factory outlets. There is a public boat ramp approximately three miles away which offers direct access to the Marco River and the Gulf of Mexico.
Ownership Information
Ownership opportunities are available in Silver Lakes RV Resort & Golf Club. Silver Lakes is a unique RV development that allows owners to purchase deeded fee simple rv lots. Silver Lakes is a Property Owners Association and controlled by The Board of Directors and managed by a professional management company.
Owners have a mandatory Property Owners Association maintenance fee of $188 per month. Maintenance fees are paid quarterly, in advance, and cover liability insurance, maintenance, water and sewer, trash pick-up, lawn service, cable TV, recreational facilities, activities, security, and reserves. Owners are responsible for electric, telephone and real estate property tax.
Silver Lakes Realty, Inc. manages the rentals of the owned sites in Silver Lakes. As an owner in Silver Lakes you can rent your site out using Silver Lakes Realty, Inc. and receive 80% of all rental revenue on your site. Silver Lakes Realty, inc. charges 20% for the management of the rentals.
