Important rental information

• A 25% deposit is required to guarantee lot space. Balance is due on reservation start date. Cancellations must be received fourteen (14) days prior to rental/lease commencement in order to receive deposit refund. (Refund policy � 85% of deposit will be refunded, 15% kept for administration fees. No refunds on cancellations less than 14 days prior to start date.)
• Rental/lease rates are for no more than six (6) persons per lot.
• Renter/Lessee may not sublease the lots.
• Renter/Lessee agrees to abide by rules and regulations of Silver Lakes RV Resort & Golf Club. If Renter/Lessee fails to abide by these rules and regulation, Silver Lakes reserves the right to terminate the Rental/Lease and to refund a prorated portion of the Rental/Lease fee. The Renter/Lessee agrees to pay any and all legal fees, if any, incurred by Silver Lakes in order to enforce the terms of the Rental/Lease Agreement.
•Upon receipt of deposit, Renter/Lessee is guaranteed a lot site within Silver Lakes RV Resort & Golf Club, but no particular lot site nor area of the Resort. Site (unit) is subject to change.
